This was a truly gorgeous winter wedding and a delight to photograph. I loved their retro VW Campers from Buttercup Bus and the festive theme for their reception held at the historic Tudor Barn wedding venue in Eltham. Although it was a cold frosty day, the sun was out and we managed to walk around the beautiful gardens and photograph just before sunset at 4pm. Everything about Vicki was stunning, her hair, make up, dress and flowers, all exquisite. Congratulations Vicki and Barry, I loved being part of your incredible day.
So excited to finally post my first destination wedding in Lisbon, Portugal. Natalie and Paul have been amazing to work with and I truly felt part of the family by the end of this incredible wedding. All the venues were spectacular. I was spoilt for choice and wanted to capture everything. Natalie stayed at the luxury Penha Longa Resort with acres and acres of land to explore. The ceremony and reception took place in Sintra, Quinta da Serra. Natalie looked simply stunning along with her beautiful bridesmaids in gorgeous lemon dresses and her two pretty flower girls. There was food in abundance and I am quite sure no one left this wedding feeling hungry. The feast continued well into the early hours which seemed to give all the guests plenty of energy to party on the dance floor. It was wonderful to be part of this celebration and a pleasure to photograph Natalie and Paul. Congratulations again on a beautiful wedding!
Milli & Arron’s extraordinary wedding was full of vibrancy and gorgeousness. Here is a snapshot of their three part wedding celebrations. The stunning bride wore beautiful dresses for each occasion including a 1920’s look for their ceremony at the Horniman Museum and a glamorous red sari for the Impression Events Venue. The final ceremony took place outdoors in the Horniman Museum’s bandstand overlooking London city skyline with The Shard in view. Having spent three days with Milli & Arron’s family, I felt so welcome and looked after throughout and very well fed to keep me going! A pleasure to photograph such a vibrant, colourful and special wedding. Congratulations again, Milli & Arron. A delight to have captured every moment for you and be part of your wedding.
I loved everything about Sophie & Neil’s wedding day. All the amazing little details, the village fete theme, the gorgeous flowers, the ‘best cake’ contest, oh and not forgetting the surprise cute tabby guest during the reception! So many amazing ideas all in one day. I loved photographing the bridal party and as always, the speeches made me laugh and cry. This wedding was not only a celebration of Sophie & Neil’s marriage, but also a celebration of all their dear friends and family who love and support them along the way. A truly wonderful day and it was such a pleasure to be part of it all. Congratulations Sophie & Neil.
The rain did not stop Selena and Kai from having the most amazing, fun, beautiful and memorable wedding day. In fact, the entire day worked out perfectly from the moment we started photographing on the Greenland Docks with Canary Wharf backdrop, through to the evening photo shoot around the stunning grounds of my favourite wedding venue, Tudor Barn. The rain eventually stopped to allow us plenty of time for the longest shoot around the gardens with enough photos to fill several albums! Their guests may have been wondering where we were but we did make it back to the barn in time for the first dance. I loved working with Selena & Kai and so impressed with their relaxed, easy going and joyful nature. Such a pleasure photographing their wonderful wedding. Congratulations Selena & Kai.
From the moment I stepped into the bridal suite at The Bermondsey Square Hotel, I knew I was going to enjoy photographing Vicky & Pete’s gorgeous wedding. Vicky’s wedding dress was simply heavenly and she looked stunning. I couldn’t help but photograph every detail. The ceremony was held at The Horniman Museum conservatory and we made the most of the beautiful gardens surrounding the museum which provide the perfect backdrop for photography. A wonderful venue. Thanks to Vicky’s amazing organisational skills, the whole day seemed to run on time yet fit so much in. After some champagne, canapés and jazz, the wedding bus awaited guests outside the museum to head over to the reception venue, The Rosendale, where food, speeches and dancing continued into the evening. All the handmade details were a treat to photograph including the lovely bunting made by Vicky’s mum and the elegant wedding cake made by Pete’s mum. I loved their world map theme. A truly wonderful day and a pleasure photographing Vicky, Pete and their family and friends.
It was such a delight photographing Trevor & Jenny’s beautiful wedding at Tudor Barn Eltham. We had the perfect weather conditions and everything looked so gorgeously lush. The colours were particularly amazing on this day. Trevor & Jenny arrived together looking wonderful and joined their guests for a pre ceremony drink before walking up the aisle. After an emotional and moving ceremony, drinks continued on the lawn and I managed to whisk them both off for the main wedding photo shoot around the stunning gardens. A pleasure to capture this special day for Trevor & Jenny.
